Simple Iced Coffee Recipe

Nothin fancy here.  Its so easy to make a refreshing iced coffee in the comfort of your own home with your Keurig Kcup brewer.  AND you can make it for a fraction of the cost of what you would pay at your local coffee shop.  I promise it tastes exactly the same and you can even customize to suite YOUR tastes!

Iced Coffee

Yield: 1 coffee drink (easy to multiply)

Prep Time: 5 min

On a dog day of summer, this is your ticket to cooling off…

Ingredients:

1 cup of ice

1 your favorite Kcup coffee (extra bold dark roast work the best in my opinion)

2 Tablespoons cream, milk, or half and half or skim or almond milk etc… your choice!

1 to 2 teaspoons granulated white sugar or truvia or equal or nothing : )

Directions:

1.  Fill a glass with ice.

2.  Brew your favorite Kcup flavor directly over the ice using the lowest water setting on your Keurig brewer.  I highly recommend using an extra bold Kcup because the ice will water down the coffee significantly.  If you use an extra bold you will still be able to taste the coffee in your coffee!

3.  Add whatever your heart desires to create your perfect drink!

4.  Sip and enjoy!

Tips:

*Another option is to add a flavored creamer, which will cover both the cream and the sugar.
