In the interest of disclosure, this review will be slightly biased, ok it will be completely biased because this is absolutely my favorite Kcup coffee!

Golden French toast is a light roast, flavored coffee. This is a Green Mountain seasonal flavor which means it is only available once a year.  January is the glorious month that GFT arrives at our warehouse and man does it sell quick.  It is by far our most popular seasonal coffee. I grabbed an entire case the moment it came off the truck!

From the moment you hit the brew button the aromas of cinnamon and maple fill the air! I brewed today’s cup on the middle water setting of my Keurig brewer.  Despite being a light roast the result was a fairly full bodied mug of coffee.

The taste is smooth and oh so satisfying. The flavor is delicious and really does taste like french toast all wrapped up in delicious Green Mountain coffee! There are certain coffees that just hit the spot,  that first sip that makes you say ahhhhh…. GFT hits that spot just right!

If you are a flavored coffee drinker this is the Kcup for you. If you are not a lover of the flavored coffees… you probably want to skip this one, although the flavor is very smooth and not over bearing.
