Keurig Kcup Roaster Profile- Emeril’s


Have you noticed to ever-growing number of roasters offering their coffee in a Kcup? Big names from Starbucks to Folgers, Dunkin Donuts to Caribou are jumping on the Keurig Kcup coffee train.  This is great for you the consumer but,  poses the question of which to choose.

This weeks Keurig Kcup coffee roaster is Emeril’s.

Emeril Lagasse is a world-famous chef from Massachusetts but, is better known for his residence in New Orleans.  Emeril was formally trained and polished as a professional chef in both the United States and France.  A master at classic French cuisine, he brought those skills back for us to enjoy in Boston, New York and Philadelphia before he headed to the big easy.

BAM!  When you think of Emeril you think strong, bold tastes. His recipes have a unique flare with a famous kick.  As you would guess he has applied these same principles to his coffee roasts.

Light roast?  Heck no!  Emerils Keurig Kcup coffees are extra bold, dark Parisian roasts.  Intense and full of flavor, these coffee’s are not for the faint at heart.  Currently, there are only two Emeril’s roasts available in single serve:
