Keurig Kcup Coffee Recipe- Arnold Palmer


If you have been around awhile you have come to know (and hopefully love) our Monday K-cup coffee recipes.  I love fun, easy to make coffee drinks. They are a simple indulgence that can usually be made with ingredients already in your kitchen. There will be no running to the local coffee shop around here, no sir, we have Keurig’s in our kitchen that make these recipes easy peasy.

Up this week…Arnold Palmer.

Peach Arnold Palmer made with Snapple Keurig Kcups

Arnold Palmers have always been my go to, on vacation, lounge by the pool, sipping cocktail.  They are light and refreshing with just a bit of relaxing tossed in! The second I received word that Snapple Kcup teas would be added to our line of products I knew this would be the next recipe on my too do list.

Snapple Kcup teas are available in two flavors, lemon and peach.  I tried both in my Arnold Palmer recipe.  The lemon was amazing but the peach was out of this world delicious! I literally sighed with satisfaction when I took my first sip. It is a unique flavor with just the right hint of sweetness.  The peach adds an unexpected dimension to this classic drink that I am quite certain you are going to love!

Let’s get to the recipe…

You will need:

Peach Arnold Palmer made with Snapple Keurig Kcup tea

2- 1 oz shots of Sweet Tea vodka (any brand will do but, I am particularly partial to Firefly)

1- Snapple Peach Tea Keurig Kcup

ice

peach slices

mint to garnish

-Start by brewing your Snapple Peach Kcup tea on the lowest water setting of your Keurig directly over ice in a  plastic cup (glass may crack).

-Fill a large glass with an equal amount of ice and peach slices.

-Pour the brewed/ chilled tea over the ice/ peach slice combination.

-Add 2 shots of Sweet Tea vodka.

-Garnish with mint and a peach slice.

Sip and enjoy!

Dont be sad when your glass is dry because the party is just getting started.  As you were leisurely enjoying your Arnold Palmer the peach slices were becoming infused with the flavors of the Snapple tea and vodka. You will not believe how good they are, peaches just so happen to be in season in my neck of the woods making them even more delectable!
